CREATING AND COSTING YOUR EVENT
The information below allows you to understand the components incorporated into each tailored proposal, in order to establish the per person cost for your event.

MENU
As listed there are 2 levels of menus. Each menu provides you with a range of dishes.
Included in the price is the option of alternative serving of dishes if you would prefer this method.

BEVERAGES
There are different levels of beverage packages available. If you would prefer to order your beverages separately to the packages outlined, we are able to offer you wines from our wine list and we will charge you according to the number of bottles that are consumed. Opera Point Events does not offer any BYO options.

VENUE HIRE
Venue hire is for the nominated Event space for a period of 6 hours only. This 6 hours includes the bump-in and out of the event. For extensive bump-in and out requirements additional fees will apply.

STAFFING
There is a staffing charge for all events at the Sydney Opera House.
The exact staffing requirements for each event will be determined on a case by case basis.


COMPLETE EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICE
If you need help with more than just the catering, we can guide you through the whole process providing a total event management service for an additional fee from $2500.00 per event. In this role, Opera Point Events becomes and extension of your company handling all the time consuming liaison, research and organising including:

  • Themeing
  • Entertainment
  • Menu design
  • Florals
  • Table centrepieces
  • Guest speakers and MC's
  • Transport
  • Technical
  • Staging and audio visual equipment
  • Corporate gifts
